Join us on Saturday, November 5th at 4:00 pm for a special showing of “Rising From The Ashes” at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival at the Savor Cinema, 503 SE 6 Street: Ft. Lauderdale 33301. Anne Goldberg, the creator of the film will be honored.

To attend the screening, you will need to purchase tickets from the Ft. Lauderdale International Film Festival at: www.fliff.com- Select "Film Schedule" to purchase your tickets. Tickets are $10.00 for seniors and $13.00 general admission online, or $15 general admissions charged at the door.

After the screening there will be a brief Q&A and a FREE garden reception at the theater. All are invited – come join the continuing conversation! To help with planning for the reception, please register on Eventbrite by selecting the “RESERVE A SPOT” button below. Again, the reception is free however, donations are welcome.

About the film:

Rising From the Ashes is an incredible story of courage, hope and transformation. Strangers and ordinary people come together to confront and replace hate and bias at a very dangerous time in our history. You will be able to meet the individuals who participated in this true story and those who continue to work JAM & All Interfaith to bring about change.

The theatre is 100% wheelchair accessible and FREE parking for events is located at the county courthouse parking garage (just to the west of the building). Parking is also available at any nearby city-metered spots. (FREE all day Sundays and Holidays) The concessions area features traditional movie theater popcorn, snacks, candy, hot dogs and beverages. Plus the theater features a full bar including beer and wine, along with mixed drinks.
