Kathy Leonard was born and raised in Oklahoma and has lived in Florida for the past 25 years. She has a B.A. from Bryn Mawr College and an M.A. from Yale University, both in English literature. Kathy worked at the Folger Shakespeare Library in Washington, D.C. and in the Public Affairs department at McGraw-Hill in New York City, as well as having served as program director of a community arts center and an outplacement and career counselor. She currently resides in Delray Beach and is a member of Thubten Kunga Ling Tibetan Buddhist Center and TAO: South Florida Center for Jewish Renewal.
